"Not Good Enough"

This drawing captures Sir Lewis Hamilton driving the 2023 Mercedes-Benz W14. 2023 proved to be the watershed for Hamilton at Mercedes, a season in which he lost confidence that the team was making the progress that he needed and he decided to join Ferrari for 2025. The W14 was supposed to move Mercedes up the grid, having abandoned the failed "zero pods" design of the W13. But it was not to be.
